Hello! I am so excited to be working with Wendy as an apprentice! I completed my Basic Doula Training in March 2010. I am working towards certification as a labor doula and childbirth educator. I have three of my own children, I have been a doula at one birth (planned c-section), and I have observed birth in rural Africa. I am thrilled to work with families during such a beautiful and intimate time in their lives! I also really appreciate the opportunity to be an apprentice and I already have learned and seen so much that will help me to be the best doula I can be! I look forward to sharing my experiences here as I continue in this journey!
